Diazepam is N-demethylated by CYP3A4 and 2C19 into the active metabolite N-desmethyldiazepam, and is particularly hydroxylated by CYP3A4 for the Energetic metabolite temazepam. N-desmethyldiazepam and temazepam are the two further more metabolized to oxazepam. Temazepam and oxazepam are mostly eliminated by glucuronidation.Antegrade amnesia may ari
